Angelina Galiteva serves as CEO of California's Statewide Alliance for Renewable Clean Hydrogen Energy Systems (ARCHES), leading the initiative since 2021 to accelerate decarbonization and create a sustainable hydrogen ecosystem. She is also Founder and Board Chair of Renewables 100 Policy Institute, dedicated to advancing global transition to 100% renewable energy.

Ms. Galiteva also chairs the World Council for Renewable Energy and is a Founding Board Member of the Global Clean Energy Desalination Alliance, and also serves on the Board of Governors for the California ISO.

As founder of NEOptions, Inc. and former executive at two of the largest public utility companies in the US, the Los Angeles Department of Water and Power and the New York Power Authority; Angelina brings extensive experience in renewable energy development, power system optimization, and environmental policy. She holds JD and LLM degrees in Energy and Environmental Law from Pace University.
