Mark Duggan is Director of Communications and Engagement with North Atlantic. Previously, he served in several senior public affairs and government relations roles, most recently as a senior advisor to Canada’s Ministers of Labour and Natural Resources. He served as Deputy Chief of Staff to the Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador and Executive Assistant to the provincial Minister of Indigenous Affairs. Mr. Duggan spent fifteen years with Bell Canada, Canada’s leading telecommunications company, managing government and public affairs in Atlantic Canada. He has undergraduate degrees in political science and post-secondary education and a Master of Business Administration, all from Memorial University of Newfoundland.
