Kelsey Brooks

Kelsey Brooks is the Vice President of Western Canada at the Canadian Hydrogen Association (CHA). Kelsey has spent a decade working on Canada’s energy transition, with experience spanning both the public and private sectors. Prior to joining the CHA, Kelsey served as a Policy Analyst at Natural Resources Canada, where she played a lead role in implementing Canada’s Hydrogen Strategy. She is also the founder of Alpenglow Climate Consulting, supporting the development of clean energy policy and helping scale up cleantech startups across the country.
Kelsey holds a degree in Economics and brings a deep understanding of Canada’s evolving energy landscape- particularly in emerging areas like clean hydrogen and Direct Lithium Extraction (DLE).
